Business Development Manager- Home Care Sales (Long Island)

Title : Business Development Manager- Home Care Sales (Long Island)

Salary : $90,000 + bonus structure

Location : Melville, Long Island (on site); local travel within LI required

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and cultivate relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, and community organizations to generate leads for home care services.
• Drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities and expanding client base.
• Lead sales efforts, working closely with operations and care coordination teams to ensure smooth service implementation.
• Manage a team of intake (admissions) coordinators, providing training, mentorship, and performance oversight.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for outreach and brand awareness.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on revenue growth, client acquisition, and market penetration.
• This position is based in Long Island. Candidates must reside in / near this location to be considered.
