Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) PRN

Independence Rehab is actively looking to hire a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant for Cascades of Bend, a lovely assisted living facility located at 1801 Lotus Drive in Bend, OR.

In this role you will primarily provide on-site patient care in the small rehab gym on-site. You also may provide patient care in their on-site residences.

No specific number of hours are required to maintain employment, and work scheduling is very flexible. You should anticipate working 5-15 hours per week.

Our preference is a therapist who has worked at least one year in a geriatric care facility, but if you are a caring, passionate, licensed therapist who enjoys the geriatric population, we would love to hear from you!

We require a current Oregon Physical Therapist Assistant license in good standing.
