University Enterprises Corporation at CSUSB ("UEC") supports the university's educational mission by providing quality services that complement the instructional program. The University depends upon UEC to provide services that cannot be supported with state funds. We’re responsible for business enterprises on campus including, but not limited to, dining, bookstore, convenience store, and vending services. We also serve as the grantee for federal, state, and local funding for research and sponsored projects.

Position Summary

Temporary, Exempt, Full Time, Benefited position through 6 / 30 / 2026 (Appointment may be renewed annually based upon availability of funds, availability of work and satisfactory job performance).

Salary : $6,375-$7,083.00 per month.

Location : CSRI RESET San Bernardino Center.

Work Schedule

40 hours per week. Typically, 8 : 15AM to 4 : 45PM Monday through Friday. Some nights and weekend work may be required.

Typical Activities

Under minimal supervision of the Associate Director of Operations, the Program Manager will work independently to :

Program Oversight

• Oversee the overall implementation and daily operations of the RESET Program.
• Ensure housing stability and reintegration goals are achieved in accordance with program objectives.
• Maintain program compliance with contractual, organizational, and regulatory requirements.

Staff Supervision and Administrative Oversight

Participant Services

Community Engagement and Partnerships

Data Management and Reporting

Occasional travel to partner sites, trainings, or community events. Using their personal means of transportation (with reimbursement provided after the fact).
