Job Title : PRN Registered Nurse (RN) – Med-Surg – LTAC Hospital
Location : Oklahoma City, OK
Schedule : PRN – Day and Night Shifts (7a–7p / 7p–7a)
About the Role
Our LTAC hospital is seeking experienced PRN Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide care in our Med-Surg units. This position is ideal for RNs with strong Med-Surg skills and recent LTAC experience who want flexible scheduling while working with patients who have complex medical needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to Med-Surg patients with acute and chronic conditions.
- Monitor, assess, and record patient conditions and treatment responses.
- Administer medications, wound care, and other nursing interventions.
- Collaborate with physicians, LPNs, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care.
- Support patient recovery and discharge planning.
- Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records.
