The Components division is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Engineering Manager to drive the design, development, and optimization of Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBAs). Strategic Execution
Partner closely with division leadership to drive engineering initiatives that align with Annual Plan (AP) and Long-Range Plan (LRP) strategies.Translate customer needs and technical requirements into actionable product roadmaps and development plans.Oversee projects with discipline, ensuring progress is monitored, budgets are respected, and resources are utilized effectively.Leverage data and metrics to make informed decisions that safeguard both technical success and financial health.Technology Leadership
Stay at the forefront of emerging PCBA and adjacent technologies, balancing innovation with practical business impact.Champion continuous improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency across manufacturing processes.Ensure every project adheres to safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance standards.What you need to do to be successful in this role

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical or Electronics preferred)10+ years of engineering experience, with at least 3+ years in a proven leadership role.Manufacturing experience required.Proficiency in PCBA development and assembly processes preferred.Willingness to travel up to 15% as business needs require.Benefits
