Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an APRN / Physician Assistant in our Physician home visit program. Located in Edmond, OK, but with some work-from-home options, the role involves visiting patients' homes to provide medical care and conduct physical exams. Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating illnesses, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, educating patients on health management, and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals. The APRN / Physician Assistant will also maintain detailed patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Qualifications

• Advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) certification and licensure in the state of Oklahoma
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Experience in patient assessment, care coordination, and health education
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid work environment
• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits
• CPR certification
• Previous experience in a house-call or home healthcare setting is a plus
