RPh on the Go is seeking an experienced and motivated Pharmacy Manager for a direct hire opportunity with a respected healthcare facility in Kokomo, Indiana. This day shift role offers long-term stability, a collaborative environment, and the chance to make a real impact in community healthcare.

Position Highlights :

Schedule :

Monday Thursday : 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM

Friday : 8 : 00 AM 4 : 00 PM

No weekends or holidays required

Employment Type : Direct Hire

Key Responsibilities :

Manage daily pharmacy operations in compliance with all state and federal regulations

Lead and support a team of pharmacy staff

Oversee medication inventory, distribution, and workflow

Ensure high standards of patient care and safety

Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications :

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an ACPE-accredited program

Active Indiana Pharmacist license in good standing

Certified Immunizer

3+ years of pharmacy management experience preferred

Prior experience in a Community Health Center and / or managing a 340B program is a strong plus
