At Arandell, we create immersive print experiences for America's best brands, and we are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Finance team. In this key dual role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial operations, from processing vendor invoices using Stampli to managing customer payments in JD Edwards (JDE). Pay range : $60-$70k annual.
This is an on-site role five days a week.
WHAT YOU’LL DO ON THE A-TEAM :
- Process vendor invoices in Stampli, ensuring proper coding and approval.
- Perform three-way match (invoice, PO, and receiving documents).
- Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH, and wire payments.
- Maintain vendor master records in JD Edwards, ensuring W-9 and COI compliance.
- Resolve invoice and payment discrepancies by working with vendors and internal departments.
- Post customer payments (checks, ACH, and credit card transactions) in JDE.
- Maintain and reconcile AR aging schedules; identify and follow up on past due balances.
- Cash application, including resolving short-pays and write-offs.
- Support collections by coordinating with Sales and Finance teams.
- Provide support for external audits.
- Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives across Finance.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED :
Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or general accounting.Hands-on experience with JD Edwards (JDE) and Stampli strongly preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (lookups, pivot tables, SQL Server pulls, formulas).Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.PHYSICAL DEMANDS :
