Maintenance Supervisor

In this role, you will oversee the maintenance of equipment and systems used across our logistics facilities, playing a crucial role in maintaining the high standards and operational excellence that GXO prides itself on. Your expertise will help minimize downtime and enhance our ability to deliver exceptional service to our customers. Oversee and schedule the maintenance and repair of various logistics equipment, including conveyors, sorting machines, and forklifts. Manage a team of maintenance technicians, including hiring, training, and development to ensure high levels of team performance. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements related to facility maintenance. Develop and implement maintenance schedules and preventative maintenance programs. Coordinate with other department leaders to ensure a seamless operation and effective maintenance support. Monitor and report on maintenance budget, ensuring efficient use of resources. Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance department to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
