Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment options, and recovery plansGuide patients in self-care, healthy lifestyle changes, and post-discharge plansCollaborate with Healthcare Teams :
Work alongside doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality, holistic careParticipate in daily rounds, provide updates on patient progress, and contribute to care coordinationEnsure High Standards of Care :
Adhere to best practices and hospital policies to maintain patient safety and comfortEnsure compliance with all healthcare regulations and guidelines, including HIPAAQualifications :
Active Registered Nurse (RN) licenseBLS certification required; ACLS certification preferredAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)Previous experience in a hospital setting is preferred but not requiredStrong clinical skills, critical thinking, and attention to detailExcellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environmentCompassionate and patient-centered approach to careWhat We Offer :
