Candidates must have a valid state license.

3 professional references are required.

A county criminal background check (7 years for all counties lived and worked) is necessary.

A federal criminal background check (7 years or more) is required.

A multi-state criminal search (7 years or more) must be completed.

A nationwide sex offender search (7 years or more) is mandatory.

HHS / OIG search will be conducted.

GSA search is required.

Social Security Number trace must be provided.

A negative drug screen test result is mandatory.

A physical exam is required.
