Real Estate Photograph Consultant

Photo Field Consultants Location : Missouri statewide.

August Orientation is approaching for selected applicants.

Bilingual speakers, recent college graduates, retirees and notary publics are encouraged to apply.

Your photos can be worth $25 - $60 per hour if you own an iPhone or Android phone.

Responsibilities

Photo Field Consultants are needed throughout Missouri and Kansas to conduct curbside, exterior and interior inspections and more.

Your primary duties are taking pictures of homes, commercial properties and land lots, then uploading high-quality digital photos and completing the reports. It's unique, fun, and lets you set your own hours.

The team works seven days a week with day and evening hours; no night shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have your own cell phone or camera with ability to take high-quality photos
• Prior work in driving, courier services, delivery, photography or similar roles
• Experience in real estate, home or commercial inspection or photography is a plus
• Current U.S. driver's license and the ability to drive to locations to complete the assignments
• Comfortable working independently, walking around occupied and vacant properties
• Attention to detail is critical in the role for photography, inspections and reporting
• Excellent organizational skills to plan your day and routes
• Written and verbal communication skills and customer service skills are required
• Proficient in basic computer skills, such as sending emails, uploading photos and reports
