  • We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing team.
  • This role will involve developing and managing your own book of business, while ensuring customer loyalty.

The ideal candidate will be a skilled salesperson with a deep expertise in food service equipment sales and a strong commitment to fostering exceptional customer experiences.  Key Responsibilities :

  • Client Development : Proactively generate leads and build new client relationships.

    • Leverage your leadership skills to guide your team in securing business and expanding our client base.  Customer Guidance :

  • Assist clients in selecting the right equipment to meet their needs, ensuring they receive tailored and effective solutions.

    • Model best practices for your team in providing top-notch customer service.  Collaboration :

  • Work closely with in-house teams and third-party service providers to deliver exceptional service and solutions.

    • Foster a collaborative environment and a positive energy across departments.  Customer Service :

  • Oversee and ensure outstanding service throughout project installation and service phases.

    • Address and resolve any issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.  Relationship Building :

  • Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to enhance customer lifetime value and drive repeat business.  Industry Awareness : Stay abreast of trends and advancements in the food service industry.

    • Share insights with your team to ensure they remain knowledgeable and competitive.  Requirements :

  • Experience : Experience and proven success in food service equipment sales.  Skills : Exceptional organizational skills, and customer service orientation.
