Technical Content Developer

A company is looking for a Technical Content Developer to update and maintain procedural documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Update procedural articles of simple to moderate complexity, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality guidelines

Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver clear and technically accurate content that meets departmental standards

Review and provide feedback on deliverables, while managing content assignments and tracking time spent on projects

Required Qualifications

2+ years of related writing experience with a bachelor's degree in technical communication, writing / composition, or a similar field preferred

Experience optimizing written content for localization / translation

Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with working with style guides and readability measurement methods (preferred)

Experience with content management systems, such as Adobe Experience Manager (preferred)
