A company is looking for a Training & Quality Assurance Specialist for the Patient Access Center.
Key Responsibilities
Develops and delivers training and education programs related to performance improvement initiatives
Participates in system upgrades and application enhancement planning to revise training curriculum
Provides onboarding training and competency testing for new employees in the department
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Two years of related experience in health care billing, reimbursement, or scheduling
Experience with revenue cycle systems and financial counseling processes
Demonstrated ability to train others in the use of revenue cycle systems
Knowledge of billing, reimbursement, and charges
