Senior Actuarial Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Actuarial Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Develop streamlined tools and perform quantitative analyses for reserving accuracy and insurance program optimization

Build and maintain tools and dashboards for loss analysis, actuarial indication, and trend monitoring

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate operational insights into actuarial workstreams and deliver timely outputs

Required Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in a quantitative or analytics role within the insurance industry

Understanding of statistical analysis and familiarity with statistical packages

Experience in reserving and pricing

Strong skills in Excel (or Google Sheets), SQL, and experience with ETL and Python (or R) preferred

Completion of at least 5 actuarial exams
