• Monitor and manage critical care equipment such as ventilators or specialized feeding tubes.

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and case managers for comprehensive care.
• Provide frequent reassessments, adjusting treatments based on patient progress.
• Educate families about complex health needs and discharge planning.
