Georgia Roof is on the hunt for a motivated, experienced Commercial Roofing Account Executive who knows how to hustle, build relationships, and close deals. If you’re a go-getter with a solid background in outside sales and a knack for networking with businesses, HOAs, or property managers—this is your chance to thrive in a high-earning, high-impact role.
What You’ll Do :
- Generate and develop new commercial leads through cold calling, door-to-door sales, trade shows, networking events, and referrals
- Build strong relationships with property managers, business owners, and contractors
- Assess commercial roofs, identify client needs, and provide tailored roofing solutions
- Educate clients on various commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, etc.)
- Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth job execution
- Hit sales goals and unlock additional incentives—like a company truck
What We’re Looking For :
Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience (REQUIRED)At least 2 years of network selling experience (REQUIRED)Strong knowledge or experience in commercial roofing systems (Preferred)Previous experience working with commercial clients (Preferred)Comfortable with heights over 20 feet and climbing ladders (REQUIRED)Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (REQUIRED)Able to pass background check and drug screening (REQUIRED)90-100% commission-based pay structure doesn’t scare you—in fact, you see the earning potential (REQUIRED)You’re a self-starter , highly motivated, and work best when you have control of your own success
