Manager of Donor Engagement

The Position :

St. Patrick Center, a ministry of Catholic Charities, is hiring a Manager of Donor Engagement to join our Philanthropy team. In this role, you will cultivate and steward a portfolio of donors, drive fundraising initiatives, and enhance donor engagement activities. You will also see that our donor recognition and acknowledgment processes ensure supporters feel valued. You will nurture relationships with donors and manage the moves management process. As the Manager of Donor Engagement, you will focus on retaining donors, upgrading gifts, and acquiring new supporters. We are looking for someone to evaluate and grow the monthly giver program, tracking engagement for a future Giving Society, and proactively developing donor relationships through events and volunteering.
