Job Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Client Value Data Analyst to join our client's Columbus team. In this role, you will analyze client engagement, product usage, and performance metrics to uncover insights that demonstrate the value the company's solutions provide to its clients. You will work closely with client success managers, sales, and product teams to support strategic decision-making and enhance client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Analyze client data to assess the impact and value delivered by products and services.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate client value and ROI.
Work cross-functionally with Client Success, Product, and Sales teams to align data insights with business objectives.
Present findings to internal stakeholders and occasionally to clients in a clear, business-focused manner.
Monitor and identify trends in client behavior, usage patterns, and performance metrics.
Support the development of client business reviews (e.g., QBRs) with data-driven insights.
Assist in creating models and metrics to quantify client value and track it over time.
Identify opportunities to increase client engagement, adoption, and upsell potential based on analytical insights.
Help refine data collection and reporting processes to improve the accuracy and accessibility of client data.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
Experience with BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience working in a SaaS or B2B environment.
Understanding of customer success metrics (e.g., NPS, churn, product adoption).
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight).
Experience in presenting data directly to clients or executive stakeholders.
