Responsibilities Manage and grow a defined book of business within a local sales territory (Mesa, AZ).

Sell multimedia advertising solutions (print + digital) tailored to client needs.

Leverage a robust digital sales platform and CRM system.

Build long-term relationships with clients and deliver consistent value.

Collaborate with internal production teams to execute client campaigns.

Identify and act on new revenue opportunities within existing and new accounts.

Communicate the value of marketing solutions and quickly build rapport with clients.

Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in print or digital media advertising sales.

Proven ability to sell to small and medium-sized businesses.

Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.

Comfortable being coached and applying feedback to grow professionally.

Ability to quickly build rapport and communicate the value of marketing solutions.

Deep knowledge of Mesa, AZ area.
