• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience\n
• RN license in Minnesota (mustHaves : RN MN License)\n\nCertifications Requirements\n

• At least 1 year of LTC or related experience\n
• Strong skills in resident care, assessments, and documentation\n\nOther Requirements\n
• Ability to work a mix of 8's and 12's shifts (day shifts, 6 am - 6 : 30 pm or 6 am - 2 : 30 pm)\n
• Must be comfortable with a flexible schedule, including every other weekend\n
• Must pass background and compliance checks\n
