As the Senior Chef Manager at Applewild School (Fitchburg, MA), you will lead the campus dining program and oversee all aspects of culinary operations. Youll ensure an exceptional dining experience through fresh, creative menus and a commitment to quality, safety, and service.

This is a year-round position due to summer programs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws
• Participates in employee meetings and training programs
• Conducts safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs
• Maintains food cost while ensuring quality standards
• Maintains an active role in managing team developments
• Manages purchasing and inventory controls
• Performs related duties and special projects as assigned
• year-round position due to summer program
