Toyota's Internal Audit Department is seeking a passionate and driven Senior Auditor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and is committed to strengthening organizational controls and governance.

Reporting to the Internal Audit Manager, the person in this role will support the Internal Audit department's objective to provide independent assurance that the organization's control environment is operating effectively, and business operations are conducted in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and perform complex financial, operational, and compliance audits aligned with the annual audit plan.
• Conduct risk assessments, develop audit programs, and execute testing procedures.
• Analyze evidence, identify control gaps, and propose actionable recommendations.
• Communicate findings clearly through written reports and presentations to management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and provide insights that drive meaningful change.
• Build trusted relationships across the organization by offering thoughtful, sustainable solutions.
