Must have pleted Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-semester contract opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in an educational setting located in Elgin, IL. This role requires applying evidence-based behavior analysis practices to improve student outes and collaborating closely with educators and families.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • Provide direct behavioral therapy services and support to students.
  • Train and mentor teachers and staff on behavior management strategies.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design prehensive support plans.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and ply with ethical and professional standards.

Desired Qualifications :

  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Experience working with children and adolescents with behavioral challenges.
  • Strong skills in functional behavior assessments and treatment planning.
  • Ability to municate effectively with students, families, and school personnel.
  • Familiarity with educational environments and collaborative team practices.
