Key Responsibilities :

As the RN Nurse Manager, you will oversee nursing care across our childrens sites, providing support, guidance, and oversight to our nursing staff. Your responsibilities will include :

• Nursing Leadership : Supervise and lead a team of nurses, ensuring quality care for medically fragile children.
• Care Plan Oversight : Develop, review, and monitor individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers, families, and nursing staff.
• Quality Assurance : Conduct regular assessments of nursing services to ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Staff Training and Development : Train, mentor, and support nursing staff in delivering compassionate and safe care.
• Collaborative Care : Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, families, and healthcare providers to create a holistic approach to each childs care.
• Travel Between Sites : Travel as needed between Bel Air and Dundalk sites, ensuring consistent quality and supporting staff.
• Record Keeping and Reporting : Maintain thorough and accurate documentation, preparing reports as required by state regulations and company standards.
