• Prepare comprehensive estimates for Mitigation and Reconstruction projects using Xactimate.
• Collaborate with project managers and insurance adjusters to ensure accurate scope of work.
• Review damage assessments and create itemized project estimates.
• Maintain project timelines and budgets while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with industry standards and pricing.
