Job Posting : Media Buyer

Overview : We're looking for a Media Buyer who thrives at the intersection of strategy, data, and creativity. In this role, you'll plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across both traditional and digital media channels, ensuring our clients' messages reach the right audiences at the right time. Responsibilities

  • Act as the day-to-day contact for campaigns, working closely with internal teams and external partners.
  • Collect and analyze performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Research and identify target audiences, trends, and behaviors to inform buying strategies.
  • Manage campaign budgets and measure ROI.
  • Set up, QA, and troubleshoot tracking and conversion systems.
  • Develop and present reporting deliverables (monthly / quarterly), highlighting results and optimizations.
  • Coordinate across platforms to ensure campaign efficiency and strong client results.

What You'll Bring

  • 1+ year of hands-on experience in media planning and buying (traditional and / or digital).
  • Proficiency in research tools such as Strata, Advantage, PrimeLingo, The Trade Desk, or Tableau.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, or other DSPs.
  • Advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis.
  • Exceptional communication skills with client-facing experience.
  • Self-awareness, professional presentation, and the ability to "read the room."
  • A collaborative mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach.

    • Role Details

  • Location : Hybrid within driving distance (up to ~3 hours).
  • Openings : 2
  • Work Hours : Standard 8-5 (flexible), ~43 hours / week.
  • Salary Range : $60,000-$80,000 annually (based on experience).
  • Travel : Occasional domestic travel (1-2x / year) to client sites.
  • Start Date : ASAP.
