As the Quality Manager, you’ll drive the development and execution of quality systems that ensure our products meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction. You’ll lead a talented team, collaborate across departments, and influence supplier relationships—all while building a culture of continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead the Quality Vision for our Dubuque, IA facility, managing a team of quality professionals and aligning strategies with enterprise goals.
• Drive Compliance & Excellence across ISO / IATF standards, warranty reduction, and cost-of-quality initiatives.
• Implement Best Practices in error-proofing, non-conformance management, and supplier quality assurance.
• Monitor Trends & Metrics to proactively identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Mentor and Develop Talent to build the next generation of quality leaders.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless quality integration.
