• Language : English / Japanese ▶︎ What will you do : We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounting Assistant to support our accounting and HR teams, with a primary focus on payroll operations.
• This role will be responsible for processing accurate and timely payroll, including for expatriate employees, and supporting related accounting and compliance tasks.

Key Responsibilities Processed monthly payroll for both local and expatriate employees Reviewed and reflected attendance data, various deductions, bonuses, and allowances Handled social and labor insurance procedures, including onboarding and offboarding Managed year-end tax adjustments and statutory filings such as tax reports (e.g., Gensen Choshu-hyo) Processed reimbursements for transportation, business trips, and other employee benefits Entered payroll and accounting data into internal systems and maintained confidential records Coordinated with external vendors such as payroll providers, social insurance consultants, and tax advisors etc. ▶︎ Qualification :
