Key Responsibilities
Educate and support customers requesting to cancel their policy through exceptional service via inbound calls and email
Manage high call volumes while balancing empathy and productivity under tight deadlines
De-escalate challenging situations and provide solution-oriented support to retain customers
Required Qualifications
Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required
3 years of experience in a customer retention or similar role in a fast-paced call center environment
1+ years of experience in a customer service role
Proven track record of success in retaining customers and handling cancellations
Strong technical troubleshooting skills and comfort using technology independently in a remote environment
