As an advanced practice provider in the skilled nursing facility setting, you will experience :

Compensation and Benefits :

Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $123,000 / annually and $174,000 / annually with no cap productivity income potential. This full-time role is benefit eligible including 401(k), health, dental, and vision insurance, disability, FSA, and more.
