Job Summary : The Foreign Exchange Wire Specialist I is responsible for providing the foreign exchange (FX) wire service to existing and prospective customers while delivering the "IBC Experience". Duties must be carried out accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This includes assigned duties in accordance with office procedures. Superior customer service with a "We Do More" attitude is a must. Provides an excellent opportunity for career-oriented individuals.

Essential Job Functions :

• Delivers the IBC Experience by providing prompt, efficient and friendly customer service.
• Informed of the daily currency exchange market rates.
• Provides exchange rates to customers requesting wires in foreign currency.
• Negotiates exchange rates with customers / prospects.
• Creates FX quotes and initiates wire process through the Wire Transfer application.
• Provide verbal disclosures to customers to comply with regulatory requirements.
• Assists Foreign Exchange Traders.
• Other Duties as assigned.
