Position Overview
The Associate role at Palm Tree is a critical position responsible for supporting client engagements, managing workstreams, and delivering high-quality financial and operational insights. The ideal candidate for this role should have between four and six years of relevant, practical work experience. Associates collaborate closely with senior team members and clients to address complex challenges, including due diligence, financial modeling, business transformation, and M&A processes. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop expertise across multiple facets of M&A and private equity environments.

Qualifications
4+ years of relevant professional experience in financial transaction advisory services, private equity, consulting, investment banking, restructuring, corporate / portco finance, or FP&A.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Initiative-taking, motivated, and self-starter attitude.
