Salary Range : $42.90 - $45 hr. W2
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5 years of experience with Mobile Device Management software
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues on various devices including Mac and Windows
- 5 years of experience with JAMF, SCCM, and Intune
- Understanding of basic networking and patch cabling
- 5 years of experience with endpoint
- Familiarity with command line interface (CLI) and scripting
- Experience with KVM over IP switches
- Experience in a production environment or data center
- Previous lab experience
- Knowledge of monitoring tools like Aternity and NewRelic
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Maintain a physical device lab, managing the lifecycle of devices from onboarding to decommissioningConduct manual and automated testing of software and script updatesCollaborate closely with development and automation teamsDefine and refine processes as the lab evolves and scalesEnsure maximum device uptime and follow security best practices
