RN Nurse Manager – Labor & Delivery / Mother Baby Unit

Salary Range : $73.44–$115.94 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Schedule : Full-Time | Day Shift | Leadership Role

Incentives : Eligible for Annual Leader Incentive Program and Flexible Hybrid Work Schedule

Requirements to Apply

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required or currently in progress
• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license (required upon hire)
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association (required upon hire)
• NRP certification required for staff overseeing Labor & Delivery, NICU, Nursery, or Postpartum areas
• Minimum of 3 years of recent clinical nursing experience, preferably in Labor & Delivery or Maternal Child Health
• Prior nursing leadership, charge, or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills

Job Overview

The RN Nurse Manager – Labor & Delivery / Mother Baby Unit provides strategic and operational leadership for the department, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, and compassionate care for mothers and newborns. This role manages daily operations, staffing, and clinical standards while supporting nursing excellence, regulatory compliance, and professional development.
