The Distribution Associate executes the receiving, storing, picking, staging and distribution of materials required for assembly / manufacture of product, and ensuring the day-to-day work tasks are completed in an ethical, safe manner.

This position reports to the Manager, Distribution and is part of the Receiving Department located in Logan / North Logan, UT and will be an onsite position. At Cytiva, our vision is to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you will do :

• Perform physical movement of materials from one area to another using handcarts or forklifts, pick parts / products for shipments ensuring accuracy of identification and quantity, create and / or maintain transactional inventory records, maintain accurate files of packing and shipping activity, and physically and systemically receive / issue individual material requisitions from internal and external departments
• Communicate / notify appropriate personnel of shipping / inventory discrepancies, fill kits and deliver to production as required, maintain stocking / inventory objectives, and quantifies and verifies cycle counts
• Comply with EHS and Quality System regulations and policies, and perform other duties and / or special projects as assigned. Aware of and comply with Stop Order, Concessions, ESD, Calibration, Preventative Maintenance, Material Identification & Segregation, and Good Documentation Practices, as associated with this job type / position.
