Onsite Construction Cost / Contracts Manager for the Lilly Project
Lead negotiations with general contractors, architecture and engineering firms, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure thorough review and approval of all technical, financial, and legal components of contracts, coordinating delivery, installation, and integration of capital equipment. Monitor vendor performance, EPCM alignment, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities
Lead negotiations with general contractors, A&E firms, subcontractors, and suppliers.Review and approve all technical, financial, and legal contract components.Coordinate delivery, installation, and integration of capital equipment.Monitor vendor performance, EPCM alignment, and regulatory compliance.Draft, negotiate, and manage contracts to optimize cost and minimize risk.Facilitate contract execution and change management as liaison between internal teams.Oversee contract compliance, variation tracking, and claims resolution.Monitor progress payments, performance milestones, and warranties.Ensure project budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking remain sound.Maintain compliance with corporate policies, safety, and environmental standards.Essential Skills
5+ years of experience in cost or contract management for large-scale construction projects.In-depth knowledge of EPCM contract structures.Proficiency with tools such as SAP and Ariba.Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication skills.Deep understanding of regulatory, safety, and environmental compliance.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Onsite in a professionally set up construction trailer. 40-hour work week with a laptop provided. Team of 5-10 people on a landmark dual research and manufacturing project.
Pay and Benefits
Pay range : $55.00–$65.00 per hour.
