Experienced Workday AI Talent Acquisition Engineer responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing Workday Talent Acquisition, Target Management, Learning, and Onboarding modules.

Candidate will combine deep technical Workday expertise with hands-on experience in AI-driven talent tools.

  • Lead integrations between Workday and 3rd party platforms (ATS, HRIS, AI tools, and learning systems)
  • Some knowledge of Paradox (conversational recruiting AI) and Hiredscore (AI talent intelligence)
