Role Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to support senior leaders within the organization. This role involves a mix of administrative coordination, event planning, and team collaboration. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with a variety of personalities and managing multiple priorities with discretion and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Provide C-Suite level administrative support to multiple senior leadership.

Coordinate meetings, events, and logistics across departments.

Lead and support initiatives within the administrative team.

Arrange and manage travel itineraries for executive leadership, including domestic and international scheduling.

Assist with planning and execution of internal and external events.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.

Preferred Qualifications

Extensive experience in administrative roles, including support at the executive level.

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Comfortable working with diverse personalities and adapting to changing needs.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with business systems is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree preferred or five plus years of experience.

Pay Details : $80,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
