2+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns across search and social platforms
Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic tools
Proven ability to optimize toward performance KPIs beyond just leads
Fluency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and dashboard tools like Looker Studio or Tableau
Ability to guide and mentor junior media team members
