REQUESTED EXPERIENCE :

Prefer candidates with at least 1 yr. in SNF or Clinical rotation / externship in the SNF.

• MUST be strong in SNF caseload and able to work independently
• Currently using a traveler but they are not working out because of lack of experience

CASELOAD / PATIENT SCHEDULING :

90% Productivity but client understands caseload may vary and says average is 88%

LOCATION HIGHLIGHTS :

Winter Haven is a city in central Florida, known for its canal-linked Chain of Lakes. Several lakes have waterside parks and eateries, as well as boat ramps and water-sports rentals.
