Human Resources Business Partner Responsibilities :
- Be a trusted HR advisor, guiding leaders and employees on policies, benefits, compensation, and talent strategies
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws (FMLA, ADA, EEO, FLSA) while proactively addressing HR challenges
- Take the lead on labor relations, including grievance resolution and contract interpretation
- Coach and develop leadership on performance management and organizational effectiveness strategies
- Design and execute innovative staffing strategies to attract top talent at all levels
- Drive initiatives that promote a strong, inclusive workplace culture and employee engagement
- Manage multiple HR projects with agility and minimal supervision
- Use data-driven insights to shape HR strategies and make meaningful business impacts
Human Resources Business Partner Requirements :
