We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Sr. Consultant to oversee IT projects and drive successful delivery using Agile methodologies. Based in Southfield, Michigan, this role requires a proactive leader who excels in project planning, team collaboration, and stakeholder communication. Responsibilities :

• Lead IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they align with organizational goals and timelines.
• Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Utilize Atlassian Jira to track project progress, manage tasks, and ensure transparency across teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
• Monitor and mitigate risks to ensure project objectives are met efficiently.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to foster a collaborative and productive environment.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and updates.
• Ensure adherence to industry best practices and organizational standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve challenges effectively.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes and implement lessons learned.
• Proven experience in IT project management, with a focus on Agile methodologies.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile Scrum certification.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials.
• Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira for project tracking and task management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of risk management and problem-solving techniques.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as IT, business, or project management.
