Key Responsibilities
Handle non-technical customer inquiries and service contract issues following established guidelines
Identify areas for improvement in customer service operations and meet required support metrics
Document issues comprehensively and assist in routing customers to the appropriate technical support team
Required Qualifications
High school diploma / GED or equivalent preferred
1 - 2 years of related customer service experience
Experience in a call center or similar customer service role
Familiarity with Microsoft-based programs
