Strategic Data Administrator (Hybrid)

As the Field & Promotions Strategic Data Administrator supporting field promotions and events you will use data, statistical and quantitative analysis, explanatory and predictive modeling, and fact-based management to develop new insights, enhance understanding of our performance and guide decision-making for our field sales team.

You will report to the Director, Field Promotions, Events, and Planning.

Primary Accountabilities

Project Support (35%)

• Assist with project tasks : meeting coordination, supply acquisition, communication, and documentation.
• Develop and maintain tracking systems for field promotions, events, and deliverables.
• Serve as liaison for information requests from internal and external stakeholders.
• Create and maintain project reports.
• Coordinate logistics and materials to support project objectives.
• Support project managers with data and status documentation for events and performance metrics.

Data & Reporting Support (30%)

In this hybrid role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month out of the Madison, WI office.
