Job Summary :

Experience the best office in the world teaching Snowsports to guests of all ages. Instructors will deliver quality snowboard instruction to groups and individuals, providing world-class guest service in a safe and fun environment.

Job Specifications :

Starting Wage : $20 / hr-$35 / hr

Pay range reflects minimum base wages; instructors may have opportunities to earn more with additional teaching incentives

Employment Type : Winter Seasonal 2025 / 2026

Shift Type : Part Time hours available

Minimum Age : At least 18 years of age

Housing Availability : No

Job Responsibilities :

Teach group and private lessons

Work with guests of all ages, with a focus on children

Deliver world-class guest service

Create a safe and fun learning environment

Support all needs of the snow sports school : inclusive of scanning, running surface lifts, facilitating lunch, fitting equipment

Provide guest feedback that inspires and creates lifelong snowboarders

Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements :

Must be comfortable and competent snowboarding on groomed blue terrain

Must be willing to work with guests of all ages and have a strong level of comfort with children aged 3 and older

Must be able to communicate fluently in English

Strong communication skills

Must be willing to work weekends / Holidays

Must be comfortable being in snowboard boots for extended period of time

Placement as an instructor is contingent upon successfully completing training and meeting the minimum skill, guest service, and safety standards.

s a Non-Certified Snowboard Instructor, you have the ability to be a flexible employee who works across multiple departments and in various roles to support the one-resort mentality which could include :

Lift Experience

Mountain Activities

Food and Beverage Support

Base Area Operations

Retail Rental Operations

Additional requirements for hires under age 18 :

Submission of a Parental Consent Form upon hire, along with other applicable documents required by state law; such as a work permit, physician's note, and / or proof of birthdate

The expected pay range is $20 / hr-$35 / hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
