Were seeking a dynamic and results-driven Restaurant Marketing & Communications Manager to join our corporate team in Chicago. This on-site role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for hospitality and proven experience developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic marketing plans across multiple restaurant concepts
Lead digital marketing initiatives including email, social media, and paid advertising
Manage brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints
Collaborate with operations and culinary teams to promote seasonal offerings, events, and campaigns
Track marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
Coordinate local promotions, PR efforts, influencer partnerships, and community engagement
Oversee creation and distribution of marketing collateral
Manage relationships with external vendors, media partners, and creative agencies
Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry

Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems

Excellent communication and project management skills

Creative mindset with a keen eye for branding and visual storytelling

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
