Position Summary :

As a Senior Data Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in creating the data pipelines and infrastructure that will power MDpanels decision making and research. You will work on a small and talented team of engineers to deliver products and insights that help doctors do their job more efficiently and effectively. Your services will power our data analytics, machine learning models, and the data insights we deliver to our doctors and customers throughout our products.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Work with our data teams to ensure data is flowing accurately through data creation to our presentation layers.
  • Improve our Data Engineering stack through containerization, data modeling, developing our ETL pipelines, and more.
  • Use your expertise in data modeling to design, build and maintain our analytics data warehouse that provides clean, accurate, and robust data sets to be leveraged for reporting, analytics, and machine learning initiatives.
  • Work with stakeholders and translate their needs and expectations into action items and deliverables.
  • Participate in our on-call rotation.
  • Be a good teammate.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Strong SQL and Python skills.
  • Experience with different databases and warehouses.
  • Experience developing reliable data pipelines and products from conception to delivery.
  • 4+ years of industry experience in a data engineering role.
  • Self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, experience initiating and driving projects with minimal oversight and guidance.

  • The applicable salary range for this position is $150,000 - $190,000 depending on a variety of factors such as relevant experience.
