Salary : $120,000 - $185,000 per year

Job Details

Seeking an experienced transactional attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact on our firm's operations and success.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of transactional and corporate matters, including :

°ree; Starting, buying, selling, merging, and dissolving businesses

°ree; Protecting business secrets and IP / Trademark & Copyright

°ree; Negotiating business contracts

°ree; Some business financing and investing

°ree; Forming nonprofits and guiding them through the tax-exempt application process

°ree; Resolving compliance issues for nonprofits and businesses

°ree; Real estate and land use matters

°ree; General counsel services for nonprofits, for profits, and public agencies
